Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Advocnet.com (“Advocnet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including access to consultations, communications, and related services. By using Advocnet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Recording of Consultations

All consultations conducted on Advocnet, including audio and video calls, are recorded. These recordings may be reviewed by Advocnet for quality control, compliance, and dispute resolution. By participating in a consultation, Clients and Consultants expressly consent to being recorded.

2. Confidentiality and Data Protection

2.1. Client Data Privacy
Advocnet will not disclose, publish, or share any Client’s personal data, identity, or consultation details publicly. Client information shall only be accessible to authorized Advocnet personnel and the Consultant with whom the Client has booked a session.

2.2. Confidentiality of Consultations

Advocnet is committed to maintaining 100% confidentiality regarding the issues discussed and any information exchanged during consultations. All such information will be treated as strictly private and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law or regulatory obligations.

2.3. Restrictions on Client Information Sharing

Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or other direct communication information with Consultants or third parties, unless explicit prior permission has been granted by Advocnet.

3. Final Authority

In all matters related to consultations, disputes, and enforcement of these Terms, Advocnet’s decision shall be final and binding.

4. Limitation of Liability

Advocnet provides a platform to connect Clients and Consultants but does not guarantee the outcome of consultations. Clients assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on advice received. Advocnet shall not be liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the platform.

5. Termination of Accounts

Advocnet may suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these Terms or otherwise acts against the interests of the platform. Termination may occur without prior notice.

6. Modifications

Advocnet may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between Advocnet and Users regarding use of the platform.
