3.1 Advocnet will not disclose or publish any Client’s personal identity or consultation details in public.

3.3 Advocnet will maintain 100% confidentiality of issues discussed and information shared during consultations, except where disclosure is required by law.


4. Data Sharing Restrictions

4.1 Clients must not share personal contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or other direct contact information with Consultants unless prior written permission is granted by Advocnet.
4.2 Consultants are also strictly prohibited from soliciting or exchanging personal contact details with Clients.


5. Recording of Consultations

All consultations (audio and video) conducted via Advocnet are recorded. These recordings may be used for:

  • Quality assurance and training

  • Compliance checks

  • Dispute resolution

  • Fraud prevention

By using Advocnet, all parties consent to such recordings.


6. Payments and Data

  • Payment processing information is collected securely and handled through trusted third-party payment processors.

  • Advocnet may apply service charges or discounts on consultation fees. These adjustments will not affect Consultant’s agreed base rate but may affect the final Client payment.

  • Advocnet reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments in cases of fraud, policy violation, or misconduct.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. While we strive to ensure full protection, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users are encouraged to maintain strong passwords and safeguard their login credentials.


8. Data Retention

  • Consultation records, including call recordings, are retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, or compliance purposes.

  • Personal data will be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.


9. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may have the right to:
